We’ve all known about the power of a fashion community, but nothing compares to joining a line at 10 AM in the heart of Paris to enter an open venue and meet with 2000 like-minded fashion lovers and individuals who wanna reshape the industry.

That’s exactly what I felt today when I joined the La Watch Party. What started as a small meeting for closest friends in a pub, keeps on gaining popularity and expanding. As the mastermind behind this – an influencer Lyas says: “It all started because I couldn’t get in to the Dior show, but I still wanted to watch the show and the history in the making. I decided to ask all my friends and the people that follow me to meet me at the bar. And the next day they all came, and that day I think the movement got created somehow. Now, we brought it to the bigger scales” he says while pointing at the giant Macbook located in the center of a square.

On Friday, 3 October, I joined him and over 1000 more people to watch together the screening of Loewe show. But it wasn’t only about the show, it was about the community and sense of belonging we got thanks to the Fashion Week. With four more to go we can already tell that La Watch Party is gonna change the fashion industry.
The entrance was completely free, and Friday’s show felt like stepping into a fashion lover’s playground – we tested the newest MAC lipsticks, sipped matcha from Joe & The Juice, and were surprised with special gifts straight from Loewe. The whole thing felt less like a formal event and more like a buzzing party. We waited together for the show to start, chatting, exchanging contacts, and debating trends. Suddenly, the room fell silent – showtime. A live runway screening lit up the giant screen, and when it ended, nobody rushed out. We stayed, dissecting every look, sharing opinions, even voting on our favorites. Starting out in fashion can feel lonely, but there, surrounded by people chasing the same dreams, it suddenly felt like one big family.

Fashion often feels like an impenetrable club – if you know, you know; if you don’t, you’re left outside the gate. For so many at the entry level, breaking through that barrier can seem impossible. But nights like this prove there’s another way in: find your people, share ideas, and step into the room where conversations – and connections – begin.
