Fierce, confident, provocative and all around badass is how I’d describe Fashion Designer and Project Runway finalist (season 14), Candice Cuoco’s personal style, as well as her garments. In the last five years, she has quickly become infamous during New York, Paris and London Fashion Weeks for her sheer gowns and leather corsets.
This summer, we got a glimpse of her swimwear line at Art Hearts Fashion’s runway show during the recent Miami Swim Week. Models seductively conquered the runway in bold, sexy-strapped swimsuits. Cuoco’s swimwear and ready-to-wear lines ooze of aiming to make clients feel desirable, powerful and unique in all facets of their lives.
A native of Southern California, Candice Cuoco finds inspiration for her garments from Los Angeles’ hip and diverse street fashion culture. She loves using leather and the color black in her garments. Some people find black clothing to be dark and drury, but Cuoco finds it enticing, romantic and an emotional trigger. At her downtown L.A. showroom and studio she continues to create exquisite garments that tell a story and gain the attention of entertainers, fashionistas and various clients around the world. I can’t wait to rock some of her sexy garments this Fall, in my home city, NYC.
