Rebecca Minkoff’s runway show during New York Fashion Week was defiantly one of my favourite shows. Usually, I would associate Rebecca Minkoff with her gorgeous handbags. But her colourful casual clothes infused with a Latin American vibe are defiantly a range I can see young women wearing for Spring. Her show was accompanied by live music by Janelle Monae and her band, which made this one of the most fabulous shows I have seen during NYC fashion week.
Minkoff’s Spring 2014 collection is filled with plenty of covetable looks, like leather miniskirts, floral hand embroidered pieces, flowy dresses and so much more. This Frida Khalo inspired collection really embraces Khalo’s love for Mexico with Modern colours and cuts. She really has embarrassed the art to give us gorgeous wearable pieces.
