The 20 year old is against the ropes with this one, with all evidence pointing to Justin as the main culprit behind this incident, and that’s not all! he also owes 12 anger management classes. Bieber has only completed 10 so far. According to reports his dept will be paid off by February but he will remain on probation until 2016.
