The one-of-a-kind experience, known as ESSENCE Fashion House included thought-provoking panel discussions, mixed media art presentations and designer showcases. Out of the multitude of inspiring artists highlighted, Esé Azénabor caught our eye with her spectacular collection.

She uses inspirations from her diverse background, cultures and love of vintage art, in all of her designs. Launched in 2015, Azénabor has created eight bridal gown and haute-couture collections, which can be seen on celebrities like, Wendy Williams and Taraji P. Henson. She continues to gain recognization and recently made several TV appearances, including TheKelly Clarkson Show.
Azénabor’s most recent FW2020 collection presented at ESSENCE Fashion House sparkled with beaded designs and brilliant colors of floral prints, appropriately named, “Paradise”. The audience was captivated as each model walked down the runway in her signature tulle gowns, displaying her impeccable embroidery and stitch work. The presentation was simply breathtaking!
