London Fashion Week Men’s is here and gone but were bringing you the scoop from all the juicy events that took place around LDN. We were lucky enough to invited to a conversation about men’s fashion hosted by ambassador / model Jack Guinness also a selection of high profile panelists, including Esquire’s Style Director Teo van den Broeke, representatives from Private White and Copson and influencer Marcus Jaye aka The Chic Geek.
The evening was held at The Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair in collaboration with the retailers surrounding North Mayfair. Jack Guinness lead a conversation around male lifestyle trends, men’s style, and predictions into key looks..
The event was a series from The Mayfair Collective, a year long initiative of talks and events around Mayfair covering fashion, lifestyle, art and beyond.

A number of tips were dished on the day – the low down:
-If your a stocky body type never wait super skinny jeans – not a good time.
-If you have a shorter legs and a long upper body don’t wear long T shirts this will simply draw attention
–Goodbye Geordie Shore Low V’s are out and no longer acceptable
There was a heated panel discussion surrounding Male fashion trend setters- Harry Styles was name checked alongside Zayn Malik (former One Directioners). Harry was revealed as the Style guru winner – i disagree but you decide??
The Mayfair Collective, launched in March 2017 with the Women’s Space pop-up that celebrated International Women’s Day, is a series of free talks and workshops based in Mayfair aimed at those interested in fashion, food and culture.
