First Look: Dior x Air Jordan Collection

The highly anticipated collaboration between Christian Dior and Nike, has been a main topic of discussion for Sneakerheads and Fashionistas alike. With ever increasing buzz, Kim Jones – Dior Artistic Director, and Travis Scott first teased us with pre-release photos of the Air Jordan 1 High OG, months prior to the fashion label’s FW2020 show. Originally scheduled to release this month (April 2020), the capsule collection has now been delayed indefinitely, due to the current pandemic.

While we patiently (or frustratingly) wait for a reconfirmation date, here are the first looks of the “Air Dior” collection. Inspired by Michael Jordan’s 80s sportswear aesthetic, the Navy, White and Dior Grey themed capsule features a full range of styles from track to wool suits, and accessories. Of course, it’s impossible to forget about the coveted Air Jordan sneaker itself, in both high and low iterations.
