The album is not one to be messed with!!
Shes known for controversy having apparently dated Diplo and called out Beyoncé on a couple of occasions most recently about her ‘Black Lives Matter’ posts but that’s another story.
What i can tell you is this album rocks ‘literally’ its fresh, dynamic, edgy and not at all like anything currently out in the charts.
Alot has gone into this album. Standout tracks are ‘Finally’ -which is a bitter sweet out of sync track! It’s super out of control but in a Good way.
FOREIGN FRIEND can only be described as all kinds of crazy but literally love this track. The late Aaliyah I think would have made something like this if she was still with us.
Pirate is also worth a listen , the only thing the album lacks is collaborations. What I would have loved to hear would have been maybe a collab with UK rapper Stormzy or maybe a 90s throwback like
Lil’ Kim would have been dope.
But all in all in a world of noise and where everyone sounds like
Rihanna and Calvin Harris this is pure bliss. Her Style isn’t too bad either!
