Brandy at her best. Definitely one of B’s best songs!! Not better than the boy is mine collaboration with Monica but very close 2nd. Brandy’s current material released has yet to capitalise on the popularity and reach the high levels of demand created from ‘I wanna be down’. Brandy wins the Brandy Vs Monica battle.
Usher – You Make Me Wanna…
This Usher track is so sexy and the lyrics are fantastic! Think we have all been in this situation or counselled someone going through this predicament. Fantastic audience reach and awesome transcending track. Love this song! Usher is the ultimate superstar with global tracks like without you, my boo and burn to mention a few. Album Confessions is one of the top solo albums.
TLC – Creep
Creep – 90’s classic. What band can you even compare to TLC? Hugely successful in the 1990’s with songs like Waterfall, Unpretty, Crazy-sexycool and No Scrubs. Their first album produced three top 10 hits. TLC band members are unique, song is original and edgy. TLC group was never the same after the passing of Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes in 2002.
